Looking for a role that keeps you on your toes and makes a real difference? This could be just the thing.
As a Support Worker, you’ll be out and about helping adults live life on their own terms. One day, you might be supporting someone to volunteer, attend a local class, or rebuild their daily routine. The next, you could be lending a hand with shopping, going to appointments, or simply being there when the world feels overwhelming.
It’s not about ticking boxes. It’s about building genuine, one-to-one relationships. You’ll be the steady, encouraging presence helping someone grow in confidence and feel more connected to the world around them.
We’d love to hear from people who have some experience in care or support work, and who are great at building trust with others. You’ll need to be confident working on your own, keeping clear notes, and staying calm under pressure. If you’re not quite there with your SVQ Level 2, don’t worry. We’ll help you get there.
Because the role is community-based and involves getting out and about, we’re especially keen to hear from people who can drive.
You’ll be joining a team where people really matter. Your contribution is valued, your development is supported, and you’ll go home each day knowing you’ve done something meaningful. One person, one day at a time.
Sound like your kind of job? Click apply. We’d love to hear from you.
