Want a job where no two days are the same and every day matters? This could be just the role for you.
We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team, helping adults live more independently and confidently in their own communities. One day you might be supporting someone to join a club or learn new skills. Another day, it might be helping with appointments, shopping or simply having a chat when life feels tough.
It’s real, person-centred support, tailored to the individual and what matters to them. You’ll help build routines, confidence and connection, one step at a time.
We’re looking for people with experience in care or support, who bring warmth, reliability and great listening skills. You’ll be working on your own a fair bit, so it’s important you’re organised, a good communicator and comfortable using your initiative. And if you haven’t got your SVQ Level 2 yet, don’t worry. We’ll support you to gain it.
This is a community role, so a driving licence is a big plus. We’re especially keen to hear from people who can drive and are ready to get out and about.
You’ll be part of a supportive team who care about the work and about each other. There’s space to learn, opportunities to grow and the satisfaction of knowing you're making a genuine difference.
Think you’d be a good fit? Click apply. We’d love to hear from you.
