The Well coffee lounge – a local community café that supports the whole community. The Well is a not-for-profit business venture opened 3 years ago by Safe and Sound Dorset, which is a charity that empowers women who are isolated or at risk in the community.
Based in Boscombe you’ll work in The Well coffee lounge where you will work alongside the team, maintaining health and safety, supporting, training and supervising our volunteers.
You will also work alongside the part time coffee lounge manager working on the
marketing side to create specials, promoting the coffee lounge in unique ways. You will organise auditing, stock control, pricing and understand how keeping to a budget is essential for a healthy business. You will understand health and safety and risk assessments as part of a hospitality, retail environment.
