Job Title: Production Operative
Location: East Peckham, Tonbridge
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week:
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Work
About the Role:
We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join a well-established plastic injection moulding company based in East Peckham, Tonbridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing, full-time work in a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and minding production machines Performing hourly quality checks Ensuring products meet company standards Keeping the work area clean and organized Reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor What Were Looking For: Good attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic Previous production or factory experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site Benefits: Weekly pay Ongoing, stable work Friendly working environment Opportunity to gain experience in a manufacturing setting Immediate starts available.

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
