Search are currently working with a growing business based in Malton who are looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with the central finance inbox
- Speaking with suppliers
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Submitting staff expenses and sending payment runs
- Dealing with insurances
- Following up on overdue invoices for payment
Successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience within a similar background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to timed deadlines
- Microsoft proficient
- Ability to work as part of a team
Whats on offer:
- Salary up to £30,000 per annum
- Free on site parking
- Pension
- 28 days annual leave
- Monday to Friday - 9 - 5
