Summary

Stores Assistant will support the site in ensuring there is an efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods that are delivered to and from the casino. The role will support the Stores and F&B Manager in maintaining electronic administration through efficient and compliant storage and retrieval systems as well as contributing to the positively accurate outcomes of stock takes and audits. This role focuses on delivering the expected internal and external customer service standards.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods and services so we have the correct stock in place at the required time.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of storage, delivery and dispatch of orders to the correct departments in a timely fashion to ensure we are always able to offer the correct products.
  • Support the stock control procedures and process orders in conjunction with relevant personnel in the absence of the Stores and F&B Systems Manager.
  • Ensuring quality of product is consistent with expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain, provide and external and internal service standards within the designated service control area.
  • Supporting department managers in the maintenance of designated department cages in the void.
  • Responsible for the organisation and housekeeping of the void area.
  • Supporting departments by providing physical support as and when is required for activities such as event set ups; floor moves.
  • Commitment to delivering a customer service experience which is in line with the Company values.
  • Ensure that customers are provided with products that are efficient, maintained, in working order and operate in accordance with regulations.
  • Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time.
