Monday - Friday 8:00 - 12:30Contract: PermanentSalary: Grade JG3 (£24,790 - £25,183)Actual Salary: £12,652.69 - £12,853.27 per annum Start Date: 2 September 2025St Andrew's are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Administration Assistant to undertake this crucial role at the heart of the school. The post is for 22.5 hours, with a working pattern of 8.00am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday. School offices have changed significantly in recent years and this busy role supports and weaves together all elements of school life including day to day office administration, data management, record keeping, communications with parents and supporting premises management to name but a few! Working closely with the whole school team, but in particular the Headteacher and the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate daily how they can prioritise and adapt effectively when under pressure. The successful candidate will thrive within the fast paced nature of this challenging yet rewarding role, being able to efficiently juggle many different and sometimes unexpected tasks. And then start again the next day with equal amounts of enthusiasm!Applicants will be able to confidently demonstrate experience of excellent administration, ICT and financial skills.
