Castell Alun High School is a very successful English medium high school with over 1290 students, situated in the village of Hope, Flintshire. We work diligently to provide every child with an education which will empower them with the skills, knowledge and understanding they will need to prosper in modern society. We pride ourselves on the quality of pastoral care provided by all members of staff.
We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to provide short term cover in the absence of teaching staff. This will involve supervising whole classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering planned lessons. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with experience of working with secondary school students in a learning environment.

The referees given in your application must include your employer from when you last worked with children. If this was in a school, we would expect it from the Headteacher and/or Senior Leadership Team.
