A welcoming primary school in Dagenham is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join its dedicated support staff team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA looking to make a lasting impact in a nurturing school environment.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers and fellow support staff to provide high-quality assistance to pupils across all year groups. You will play a vital role in promoting positive learning outcomes and supporting the diverse needs of students throughout the school day.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates who:
*Hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
*Are flexible, reliable, and able to support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
*Thrive as part of a close-knit and supportive team environment
*Communicate clearly and confidently with pupils, colleagues, and parents
*Are open to completing first aid training
*Bring a proactive, positive, and professional attitude to school life
