Are you a seasoned multi-trader with a knack for variety and a proven track record in property renovations? Our client is looking for two skilled professionals to join their team, tackling diverse insurance-related projects across Yorkshire.
While a background in joinery or plumbing is ideal, you'll need to be proficient in a wide range of tasks, including:
- Tiling
- General Joinery
- Plumbing
- Bricklaying
- Bathroom rip-outs and installations
- Floorboard removal and installation
Experience in insurance works or social housing retrofit is highly desirable.
What's on Offer:
- Pay Rate: You'll earn between £20-24 per hour, with options for Umbrella, Ltd, or PAYE.
- Location: While work covers all of Yorkshire, the ideal candidate will be based in Leeds or Wakefield.
- Package: This is temporary, ongoing work, and you'll have your travel expenses covered and get paid for your travel time.
- You must have your own van and tools.
- You'll need to be a seasoned professional who has worked on numerous properties.
- References will be required.
