Summary

London | Ongoing Work | Monday to Friday

We're looking for a highly experienced site lead with either SSSTS or SMSTS to join a long-term infrastructure project in London. You'll need a strong civils or highways background and the ability to lead teams on complex works with minimal supervision.

We're especially keen to hear from candidates open to relocating for the right opportunity.

Requirements:
  • Valid SSSTS or SMSTS (Essential)

  • Proven experience managing or supervising civils teams

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage safety, productivity, and site coordination

  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Experience We're Looking For:
  • Deep drainage expertise - including manhole construction, pipe laying, and trench support

  • Concrete laying and finishing - slabs, bases, formwork, and kerbing

  • Highways experience - footways, carriageways, traffic management interface

  • Groundworks proficiency - including ducting, edging, and reinstatement

  • Confident using or managing small tools and light plant

  • Familiar with Cat & Genny use (with current calibration preferred)

  • Ability to read drawings, manage site documentation, and liaise with client reps

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering to high standards under tight deadlines
