Crynodeb
Act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Facilitate open and harmonious communications amongst all staff within the clinical area and with other departments promoting multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approaches to care. Use their initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the service they provide to patients. Provide clinical leadership and shift management within the ward to which the post holder is appointed. Function as an active member of the multi-disciplinary team providing effective clinical and managerial support. Ensure high standard of patient care, ensuring all patients individuality, dignity and privacy are maintained at all times. Ensure that the philosophy of person centred care is upheld at all times. Ensure that all information and data returns required by the Directorate and the Trust are submitted promptly and accurately.
