• Student and Staff Support: Assisting with a range of learner-related administration (e.g., educational visits, references) and supporting staff with probationary and appraisal reviews, as well as absence and holiday coordination.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with College policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and meeting audit requirements.
• Customer Service Excellence: Delivering professional and responsive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

o Experience working with teenagers or young adults.
o Proven ability to handle confidential information.
• Skills & Knowledge:
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Strong planning, organisation, and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
o Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Suite).
o The ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
o Outstanding interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working within a Further Education (FE) environment and using student information databases (e.g., ProSolution, ProMonitor) would be a distinct advantage!

We offer:

● 30 days annual leave, plus Christmas close down. (Pro rata for part time staff)
● A supportive and collaborative working environment
