We are currently recruiting a full time Clinical Shift Co- Ordinator (37.5hrs per week) to across the Dental network
As a Rota Co-ordinator, you’ll be joining our dental team and will play a vital role in the organisation of our department roisters. The successful candidate will work with Healthroster and be responsible for the day-to-day management of dental nurse staffing rotas and allocation.
This post will ensure excellent planning, negotiating and organisation to provide adequate staffing cover.
This post will provide high quality personal assistance to the nursing management team including responsible administrative support in their absence, using own initiative and working without supervision
This role is central to maintaining safe staffing levels and supporting high-quality patient care through the effective coordination of the dental nurse cover across the dental network
The Dental E-Rostering Coordinator will be an important member of the Dental team, expected to produce the monthly e-rosters for the dental department. Initially working closely with Senior Nurse, Matron, band 7s and band 6’s in producing the rosters until familiar with how each units develop their nurse staffing rosters.
The post holder will be accountable for compliant and efficient rosters that are published at least 8 weeks in advance. This accountability translates into safer staffing
The post holder will manage roster requests as well as annual leave requests based on unit agreed standards.
