The International Clinical Specialist will be responsible for providing International Distributors and Clinicians training on our devices, procedures and protocols. This will be split between virtual training and in person visits to the customers around the world. You will play an important role on the planning of launches of existing and new products throughout our growing world-wide territory. You will be able to develop a strong relationship with the sales force and leading KOLs in order to expand our region with a focus on patients and hospitals.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK OVERSEAS 50% OF THE TIME
Main Tasks
• Work with distributor partner personnel, perform training needs assessment, design and deliver relevant training courses and material to ensure effective product launch with new partners and ongoing clinical excellence with existing partners
• Assist with sales events such as educational workshops and training events in hospitals
• Work with Distributor Teams, to enhance engagement with HCPs from a sales and clinical point of view
• Assist with product trials and support change in customers buying process
• Provide field feedback to Account Manager based on training of distributors and conversations with HCPs
Essential Knowledge & Qualifications
• Background in Nursing, Clinical Services
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience in medical device
• MSOffice proficiency
• Ability to travel internationally at least 50% of the time
Desirable
• Professional English is a must, any other language is a plus
• Education/training experience
