Summary


Our excellent client in Cheltenham is looking for a Client Payment Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be working for a well-established and reputable local Cheltenham business that truly values and encourages its employees.

In this role, previous office experience is NOT required, therefore, this position could suit someone early into their professional career, however it is essential that you are a confident individual who is comfortable communicating with both internal and external individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Help record and process payments received from clients.
- Assist with making payments to clients and updating internal records.
- Check that financial documents and statements are accurate and match up with internal system.
- Gently remind clients about overdue payments in a professional manner, offering to delay payment due dates, and setting up payment plans if more convenient.
- Keep clear notes of all client conversations and payment updates.
- Help prepare monthly financial summaries and letters for clients.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep them updated on payment progress.
- Support the team by helping with general finance tasks when needed.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidate Attributes:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: £25,000 per annum + benefits including:
