Summary

Are you a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a background in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems? We're looking for a versatile, multi-skilled professional to join our client's static maintenance team in Sedgefield. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, this could be your next great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults, particularly on HVAC plant and VRV systems.
  • Ensuring full compliance with F-Gas regulations and safe handling of refrigerants.
  • Conducting routine inspections, addressing potential issues proactively, and keeping detailed records.
  • Updating the CAFM maintenance system and maintaining all required documentation.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and clients to deliver efficient, high-quality service and quickly resolve any site-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3).
  • Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience (including HVAC and plumbing knowledge).
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
