My client, a leading name in event photography, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Photographer Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team for a minimum 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth running of a dynamic and creative business.
Key Responsibilities
- Photographer Scheduling: Allocate photographers to assignments based on location, skills, and availability using a bespoke scheduling system.
- Travel Coordination: Organise travel and accommodation for UK and international jobs, ensuring cost-effective and timely arrangements.
- Kit & Van Logistics: Manage photography equipment and van allocations, including maintenance, replacements, and thoughtful planning.
- DBS Compliance: Ensure all photographers maintain up-to-date enhanced DBS checks and carry the correct documentation.
- Team Support: Build strong working relationships with photographers and internal teams, offering clear, timely communication and support.
What You'll Need
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in logistics, scheduling, or operations (preferred)
- Confidence using scheduling systems or CRMs
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Travel Requirements
Due to the rural location of the office, a car and full UK driving licence are essential. There are no public transport links to the site.
