We're looking for a Customer Assurance Assistant to join our high performing Customer Service Team at Plumer House on a temporary role for up to 12 months (maternity cover). In this vital customer service position, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the PCH complaints process, collaborating with both staff and customers across the organisation. This is your chance to make a real difference for our customers and PCH's performance while building valuable experience in a supportive and rewarding role.
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
As a Customer Assurance Assistant, you will contribute to a positive customer experience by monitoring and accurately recording customer feedback, providing information and guidance, and ensuring every interaction enhances the customer journey.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
excels as a first point of contact, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued
is experience in working with discretion and sensitivity, ensuring confidentiality.
experience of working as part of a successful team and ready to take initiative.
has strong IT skills, including navigating and maintaining various computerised systems, such as spreadsheets and databases.
is organised and detail-oriented, ensuring that accurate records are maintained and deadlines are met.
In addition, the successful candidate will carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functionality of the wider Customer Experience Team. This includes maintaining and securing information, providing accurate statistical information for management and committee reporting, and performing any other duties consistent with the level and responsibilities of the post.
