Location: Lots for Tots Childcare, Hilton
Salary: £26,500 – £27,456 | Hours: Full-time

Ready to Lead, Nurture and Inspire?

We’re looking for a caring and confident Toddler Room Leader to join the founding team at Lots for Tots Childcare, opening this September in Hilton. This is a fantastic opportunity to create a calm, joyful space where toddlers can learn, grow, and shine — with the full support of a hands-on Nursery Manager and Director who genuinely care about building a happy, supported team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the daily running of the Toddler Room (ages approx. 2–3)
Creating a warm, engaging space for busy little explorers
Planning and delivering a developmentally-appropriate EYFS curriculum
Guiding and supporting your room team through positive role modelling and coaching
Building secure relationships with children and families
Supporting children’s communication, confidence, and independence
Ensuring high standards of care, hygiene, and safety are upheld
Contributing to staff meetings and continuous improvement projects
What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
Experience leading or co-leading in a toddler or nursery room
Strong knowledge of EYFS, child development and inclusive practice
A nurturing, calm, and enthusiastic leadership style
Someone ready to grow with us as our nursery and team expands
Why Lots for Tots?

Be part of a brand-new nursery and help shape our culture from day one
Work with a Nursery Manager and Director who are hands-on and committed to a supportive team atmosphere
As the nursery grows, you’ll have real opportunities to progress in your career
We recognise and celebrate success with reward schemes and staff appreciation
Regular team building days and staff events to keep morale high
Benefits:

28 days holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas closure)
Paid day off for your birthday
Team building days and company social events
Employee of the Month and Outstanding Achievement awards
Referral bonuses for recommending new families or team members
Ongoing training, coaching and development opportunities
If you're ready to make a real difference, thrive in a positive environment and want to be part of a nursery that values its people as much as its children, apply now and join Lots for Tots Childcare this September.
