We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a qualified Dental Therapist to join our Dental Education Facilities in Truro.

The post holder will provide high quality primary care dental therapy and hygiene services within our dental education facilities. Patients may be referred via student teaching clinics, from our team of qualified dentists or may be seen under Direct Access.

Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise (PDSE) is an award-winning Community Interest Company that provides primary care dental treatment and outreach services to local communities in Devon and Cornwall. As a social enterprise we are a values driven organisation with a focus on patient-centred care and addressing local oral health needs. We work closely with the University of Plymouth’s Peninsula Dental School to support the clinical education of its dental healthcare students.

You must be registered with the GDC and have completed a BSc in Dental Therapy.

This role includes:

7.6 weeks holiday entitlement (pro rata), increasing after 5 years’ service. Payment for holiday is included within the annual salary. We also offer a holiday purchase scheme where you can buy up to two additional weeks holiday each year.
