Assess needs and risks, develop safety plans, and coordinate multi-agency support for families.
Support parents and guardians through workshops, peer support groups, and individual sessions to understand the impact of domestic abuse on children.

Develop and deliver community-based programmes and online resources for families, and promote the service locally through engagement with schools, agencies, and community groups.
Support the Young People’s Advisory Board to ensure services reflect the voices and needs of young people.
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
