Looking for Flexible Carers and Support Worker in Warwickshire Join Safi Care.

Safi Care Agency is now recruiting Support Workers and Carers to work in a variety of settings, including nursing and residential homes, supported living services and domiciliary care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering high-quality personal care and emotional support
Supporting individuals with daily routines, activities, and appointments
Assisting with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Accurately following care plans and documenting key information
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment
You Must Have:
A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a care setting in the UK (e.g., residential, supported living, home care)
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and promoting independence
Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable attitude
The Right to Work in the UK
Up-to-date or willing to complete training in:
Safeguarding
Moving & Handling
First Aid
Mandatory and Recommended Training Courses for Care Staff
All Safi Care care professionals must complete or hold up-to-date certificates in the following practical and theoretical training areas, in line with CQC expectations and Warwickshire County Council commissioning standards:
Core Mandatory Training:
Manual Handling (Practical & Theory)
Food Safety and Hygiene – Level 2
Person-Centered Care
Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
Equality & Diversity
First Aid (including Basic Life Support)
Infection Prevention and Control
Health and Safety Awareness
COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
Fire Safety Awareness
Mental Capacity Act 2005 & Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
Duty of Care
Specialist and Recommended Training: (depending area of work)
