Crynodeb
To lead our dedicated Trauma and Orthopaedic Fracture Clinic Department with the Orthopaedic and Nursing teams coordinating with the Matron to provide strong leadership, effective unit management and staff development. To take responsibility for the assessments of the care needs; the development, implementation and evaluation of care to ensure the highest possible standards of care are received by patients. To take the responsibility for the delivery of clinical services on the unit, coupled with supporting quality governance, patient experience and department workforce and education. To provide kind, skilled, and expert leadership in supporting the unit, whilst possessing the ability to have innovative ideas, empower others and deliver continuous sustainedimprovements.
