A patient part-time live-out carer is required in Torquay where you will be in charge of assisting a senior client with personal care and providing companionship.
Working hours: 2 days a week; 6 to 8 hours a day with breaks (Hours will go up in the future); 16 hours each week
Duties include:
providing companionship
helping with personal care where needed
engaging the client in sensory and stimulating activities
preparation of meals and snacks
making sure the client is hydrated and consumes a reasonable amount of calories
light household duties
ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
They are looking for a carer who can start as soon as possible.
