CMA Executive is delighted to present an exciting opportunity within the fashion retail and Ecommercespace, to begin a literal adventure with a business of strong heritage and a first-class products range. As Finance Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the founders and senior leadership team, you will lead all aspects of the company’s financial operations, planning, and reporting. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performance brand at a pivotal point in its journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans


    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes


      • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, and compliance


        • Provide strategic insight and analysis to support decision-making across the business


          • Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders


            • Ensure robust internal controls and risk management practices


              • Support international growth, supply chain finance, and e-commerce expansion


                • Build and develop a high-performing finance team as the business scales


                  What We’re Looking For

                  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.


                    • Proven track record in aFinance Director role, ideally in a high-growth or consumer/retail brand


                      • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to business strategy


                        • Experience in e-commerce, international trade, and retail finance preferred


                          • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills


                            • Hands-on, adaptable, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment


                              • Passion for performance, innovation, and the mission
