  Join a leading hire company as a Hire Desk Controller within their busy Powered Access division based at their depot in Harlow. As a Hire Desk Controller, you’ll play a key role in coordinating hire contracts, managing customer bookings, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hire desk.

  Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming customer hire enquiries (phone/email)

    
    

  • Raising hire and off-hire contracts using Syrinx software

    
    

  • Scheduling equipment deliveries and collections

    
    

  • Coordinating with the transport team to route Powered Access deliveries

    
    

  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams

    
    

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data entry is up to date

    
    

  • Providing exceptional service under pressure in a fast-paced environment

      To be successful in this role, you may have worked as a: Hire Desk Controller, Hire Coordinator, Hire Administrator, Access Hire Controller, Rental Controller, Internal Sales Coordinator, Hire Desk Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Plant Hire Coordinator, or Tool Hire Controller.
