Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and looking to make an impact in a flexible, part-time role?
We’re supporting a leading professional services firm in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their growing Risk & Compliance team. Based in a collaborative and supportive environment, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a process driven environment, working independently, and being part of a wider mission to uphold operational integrity.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to review information with a critical eye
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Clear, professional communication skills — both verbal and written
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to collaborate and share ideas
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
• Previous experience in a professional services or compliance-related role is desirable
Within this position, you’ll also be:
• Inputting data into internal and external databases
• Cross referencing data to identify potential conflicts and making recommendations on whether the firm can proceed with new work
• Liaising with third-party organisations to ensure compliance with membership or regulatory obligations
• Supporting wider client onboarding and compliance activities (full training provided)
• Assisting the team with audit readiness and certification support where needed
Hours and salary
• 21 hours per week – ideally Tuesday to Thursday but open to other working patterns
• £28,000 FTE
• 25 days holiday (pro rata)
