Internal Sales Executive

Location: Tewkesbury - Office based
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus/Commission: Up to £5,000 in Year 1 (performance-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Opportunity:

We're currently working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking company that is seeking a confident and driven Internal Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This role will appeal to someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Manage a selection of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service and regular communication to maximise opportunities.
Estimating: Prepare and deliver accurate quotations in a timely manner, tailored to individual client requirements.
Sales Conversion: Follow up on outstanding quotes, engage with potential clients, and drive efforts to convert quotes into confirmed orders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the external Sales Team to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to shared targets.
Target Achievement: Proactively seek ways to meet and exceed sales targets, with a commission structure rewarding individual and company performance.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident on the phone and via email.
• Experience in a sales or account management role (B2B preferred).
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A team player who is comfortable working closely with colleagues across departments.

The Offer:

• A competitive basic salary of £30,000 – £35,000, depending on experience.
Bonus & commission structure based on individual and company performance – capped at £5,000 in the first year.
Hybrid working option available following initial training and onboarding – however, the role is primarily office-based.
• Standard working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
25 days annual leave, plus all UK bank holidays.
