A dynamic and forward-thinking primary school located in the B8 area of Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Year 3 Class Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will support pupils to develop core skills, nurture curiosity, and foster a love of learning. The role involves close collaboration with phase colleagues, subject leaders and senior leadership to promote consistent, high-quality education across the school.
We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has recent or relevant experience in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3

Has excellent classroom management skills and a child-centred approach

Can plan, deliver, and assess learning that meets a range of pupil needs

Has an up-to-date DBS or is willing to apply for one

Is committed to inclusion, teamwork, and the wider life of the school
