Key Stage 2 Teacher – QTS Required
Location: Birmingham, B9
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS – UPS (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025

A vibrant and inclusive primary school and children’s centre in the heart of Birmingham (B9) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their committed team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional who is eager to make a meaningful impact in a warm, community-focused setting.

The school is proud of its diverse and multicultural environment, where all children are nurtured to become confident, resilient learners. With a strong focus on inclusivity, respect, and ambition, staff work in close partnership with families and the wider community to ensure every child reaches their full potential — academically, socially, and emotionally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in Key Stage 2, creating a stimulating and supportive classroom where pupils are encouraged to thrive. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leaders, contribute to the wider life of the school, and support learners of all backgrounds and abilities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has experience or confidence in teaching across Key Stage 2

  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies

  • Is committed to inclusive education and can differentiate for diverse needs

  • Has an up-to-date DBS or is willing to apply for one

  • Is proactive, reflective, and a strong team player

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking school that values professional development, creativity, and community engagement. If you are ready to inspire the next generation in a supportive and inclusive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
