Winner Recruitment, an award winning recruitment agency are looking to recruit an Onsite Account Manager for our Transport and Logistics client in Warrington.
This role comes with an immediate start and training can be provided for the right candidate
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities of an Account Manager are to ensure all day to day task onsite are completed, lease with the client to ensure services levels are as expected and inform line manager of any changes or issues :
• Complete sites weekly payroll
• Complete weekly manning levels
• Fill weekly assessments scheduled by the client
• Keep JU up to date – add a shifts, including shunters and assessors
• Make sure all drivers are compliant – obtain up to date license and new DVL Check every 3 months
• Ensure that daily plans are filled and confirmed for accuracy.
• Ensure weekly forecasts are met by the client – providing higher everyday
• Ensure KPI sheet is up to date
• Maintain positive relationship with client – weekly meetings, offer extra support, keep up to date with changes in the business
• Maintain a good level of communication with the driver pool, staying up to date with holiday requests and promptly addressing any related issues.
• Push for more % - offer extras daily, ears to the ground of what our co-suppliers are doing

Monday - Friday 8 hours between 10:00 - 18:00/11:00-19:00 (Rotating weekend on call)
