- Location: Hybrid (Taunton)
- Initial 6 month period
- £350 - £450 per day
This role is a key part of the People team, reporting to the Head of Culture and Capability and responsible for delivering the Talent, Learning and Organisational elements of our Corporate plan. The Head of Organisational Development is responsible for the development of all employees, up to and including C1 level and ELT.
This role will support senior management and HR Business Partners in achieving our corporate plan and vision. We are dedicated to identifying and developing talent to help the agency reach its full potential and ensure they are fit for the future. This will be accomplished through effective, well-designed Learning, Talent and Organisational Development (LT&OD) initiatives that drive the growth of both the organisation and their colleagues, with a particular emphasis on strengthening leadership and management capabilities.
Additionally, the role will take the lead on the delivery of the enterprise-wide agency development programme, ensuring the values are lived in ways that prioritise the customers and empower people by delivering L&OD initiatives that enable a culture of innovation, adaptability, and high performance-making the organisation flexible, responsive to change, and well-positioned to deliver the Vision: To be the beacon for quality, innovative navigational solutions; trusted by customers and partners worldwide.
The Head of Learning of Organisational Development is a key role within the Senior Management community, sitting at the heart of organisational culture change & development.
The job holder will be expected to provide visible leadership, advising all levels of the business up to and including ELT.
The job holder will lead a team of learning and organisational development specialists while partnering with key managers, particularly People Team and transformation programmes to manage organisational culture change & improve effectiveness.
