Trainee CNC Machine Operator – Doncaster - c£24-£26000 plus benefits
An excellent opportunity exists for a practical individual looking to gain experience in or in setting up and operating CNC machines in accordance with specifications If you want to get a better understanding of a busy machine shop environment we are seeking a full time Trainee CNC Machinist/ CNC Operator to join a leading specialist in the manufacture of precision components serving the needs of other manufacturing companies both in the UK and overseas.

About the role:
As the Trainee CNC Machinist/ CNC Operator you will be trained and responsible in all aspects of CNC machining using CAD in some areas of the department as well as working with various hand tools as needed. Working hours are 07:00 - 17:, Monday to Thursday and 7to 1pm on Fridays.
Other responsibilities include:
Programme, set, and operate CNC machine
Develop knowledge so can identify and implement new processes and machining methods to improve productivity and quality.
Ensuring your area and the wider factory and warehouse remains clean, tidy and a safe environment to work in.
Candidate Requirements:
You will be either be looking for your first role or have some experience within a CNC Machining environment. If you have had experience of working with and using CNC cutting machines in metal fabrication that is a plus but not essential.
