Job description
We are currently seeking a female house help for a private client based in the NG20 area. This is a part-time role suited to someone friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented, who can support a busy household with general cleaning and upkeep.
Role Details:
Schedule: 3 days per week (approx. 6 hours total)
Hourly Rate: £13/hour
Location: NG20 area/ Mansfield
Flexibility: Workdays and time slots can be agreed upon with the client; there is no need to attend when the family is away.
Home Description:
4-bedroom family home
You will be responsible for cleaning 3 teenage bedrooms and organising their wardrobes
Key Responsibilities:
General house cleaning (floors, surfaces, dusting, hoovering)
Laundry duties: washing on one day, drying/folding/organising on another
Tidying and sorting teenagers’ bedrooms and wardrobes
Cleaning bathrooms/toilets and kitchen, including appliances
Occasional dishwashing when needed
Internal window cleaning (occasionally)
Maintaining overall neatness and tidiness in the home
Candidate Requirements:
Female applicants only (as per the household’s request)
Must be friendly, discreet, and patient, with a proactive attitude
Able to work independently and respectfully in a family home
Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement
Must complete an Enhanced DBS Check (or provide a recent certificate)
Provide two professional references
Undergo Level 2 training (if not already completed)
Be willing to comply with essential safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety regulations
