To have a passion to work collaboratively for the betterment of our service users with additional and complex needs.
Responsible for supporting children and vulnerable adults with a disability to provide bespoke, personalised 1:1, 2:1 support in the community.
To support children, young people, and adults to be as independent as they can be.
To support vulnerable children, young people, and adults with a disability in a variety of settings to achieve outcomes as defined in their agreed contract of support/ individual support plan.
To work flexibly with service users and their families, this may include working evenings, overnights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Use imagination and creativity to deliver diverse personalised support.
Planning, organising, and booking activities/events for service users.
Completing evaluations and other necessary forms at the end of supports.
To support the individual needs of the service users including complex needs, behaviours, personal care, cooking, baking, cleaning, and administration of medication.
Ensure company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.
Ensure all relevant training is completed and attended.
Evidence of continuous commitment to professional development whilst displaying a passion for the area of work.
