As part of the Service Tooling team in DDTS at Defra, the ServiceNow Demand Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising demand for the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that strategic and operational business needs align with platform capabilities by effectively managing incoming demand requests, facilitating Demand Board discussions, and driving decision-making with key stakeholders.

Additionally, the Demand Manager fosters innovation by leading Ideation Management, enabling teams to contribute and refine new ideas that enhance the platform’s functionality and value to the organisation.
