Job Opportunity: Field Care Coordinator – Homecare Agency
Location: Numada Homecare Limited, Gosport
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Pay: £14.00 per hour + £20 per night for on-call duties
Mileage: Paid at £0.35 per mile

About the Role:
As a Field Care Coordinator, you will be a key link between our care team, service users, and management. Your week will typically be split between:
* Approx. 3 days office-based, focusing on:
- Rota and scheduling management
- Staff supervision and training coordination
- Care planning and risk assessments
- Incident management and service audits
- General support to the Registered Manager
* Approx. 2 days field-based, where you'll:
- Conduct care reviews and initial assessments
- Complete spot checks and ensure quality of care
- Occasionally deliver hands-on care when required
- On-call duties are shared on a rota basis, and may involve occasional weekend or evening work.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Ideally hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Calm, professional, and proactive approach
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
