Join Nexter, a fast-growing nursery recruitment agency supporting early years settings across Yorkshire and London. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Resourcer to help us deliver outstanding service to nurseries and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Write and post engaging job adverts for nursery roles across multiple platforms
Screen and register candidates, including conducting interviews (phone/video/in-person)
Proactively source, screen, and register candidates, including conducting interviews (phone/video/in-person)
Carry out vetting and compliance checks (DBS, references, right to work)
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our recruitment software (Zoho CRM, Workerly & Recruit)
Keep job vacancies and bookings up to date, ensuring all information is current
Liaise with consultants and clients to support smooth placements
Respond promptly to candidate and client queries
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment admin, resourcing, or early years settings (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident IT user, able to learn new systems quickly (Zoho CRM, Workerly & Recruit experience a plus)
Proactive, positive attitude and a team player
Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
