Responsibilities
Assist the Officer in Charge in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
Manage staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to optimize team effectiveness.
Facilitate communication between departments and ensure collaboration across organizational units.
Monitor operational performance metrics and report on areas for improvement.
Lead special projects as assigned by the Officer in Charge, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Act as the Officer in Charge in their absence, making key decisions and representing the organization at meetings or events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role or similar capacity.
Strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive motivation among staff members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.26
