**Responsibilities:**
1. Perform commercial and holiday accommodation cleaning according to established standards and procedures.
2. Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
3. Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
4. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors as needed.
5. Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
6. Make beds and change linens in holiday accommodation properties to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for incoming guests.
7. Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
8. Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap, as needed.
9. Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning duties.
10. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients and team members.
**Requirements:**
1. A valid driving license and access to own transport is essential.
2. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends, as needed.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
