PRESS BRAKE SETTER/OPERATIVES NEEDED!
The Best Connection is now recruiting for Press brake Operatives to join our prestigious client in Banbury!
Were looking for candidates with a great work ethic who are ready for ongoing opportunities and have the potential for permanent positions after a successful trial period.
Pay Rate: Competitive pay rate Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:00-16:00 Fridays: 07:00-14:00 Responsibilities of the role Quality checking products Pressing, inspection and tolerance checking of both standard and bespoke components Assisting with general manufacturing activities when necessary The programming, setting and adjustments of the brake press to achieve components the forming in a timely manner Required Skills & Experience Must possess previous experience of working in a similar position Familiarity with Amada punch presses (or similar systems) Strong understanding of manufacturing drawings Experience in the metal fabrication industry (preferred) Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects Pays high attention to detail and has strong communication skills Able to work independently or as part of a team Must have own transport Benefits: Ongoing assignments with weekly pay 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata for PAYE, including statutory holiday) Access to a canteen Online pay slips Pension contribution & Personal Accident Insurance Opportunity for a permanent position after the trial period If you think this role is for you, call us at 01295 250111 and ask for Taya or Chloe!
