✅ Role Overview:
This role primarily involves weekend work covering scheduled exam slots of approximately 2–3 hours each on Saturdays and Sundays.
Your main responsibilities will include: Invigilating SIA course exams and ensuring assessment compliance
Performing quality assurance checks to maintain high training standards
Supporting the delivery team by covering SIA Top-Up Refresher training sessions when required (e.g. staff leave or absence). In such cases, you will take on the full course schedule for those days.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Supervise SIA course examinations to ensure fairness and compliance
Conduct quality assurance audits and reporting as per Get Licensed and SIA standards
Maintain a professional and secure exam environment
Provide cover as an SIA Trainer delivering refresher courses when needed
Liaise with training and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
✅ Essential Requirements:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Experience in security training delivery or assessment (preferably including refresher courses)
Strong understanding of assessment invigilation procedures and quality assurance standards
Right to work in the UK
Availability to work flexible weekend hours with 2–3 hour exam slots and potential full-day cover shifts
Good communication skills and professionalism
