Property and Estates provide a vital service to our educational environments and are a group of property experts who understand the challenges and demands of running an educational estate.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Assistant Cluster Facilities Manager to join us in creating an outstanding centre of educational excellence at Oasis Academy Benson. The successful candidate will be a passionate and driven individual with good communication, practical and organizational skills, and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and their communities.
Oasis Academy Benson is an inclusive academy for children aged between 4 and 11 years old, committing to delivering first class-education and playing an active role in the local community of inner city Birmingham.
The Property and Estates team offer the Academy an outstanding day to day service of managing and up keeping the grounds and the buildings. The team also maintains a high level of Health and Safety and Compliance. As a Assistant Cluster Facilities Manager you will play an instrumental part in the daily operations of the Academy and management of the Facilities Team.
