This is where you come in. As a key support for the children and young people, you will play an integral part in facilitating engaging methods to help them learn and become valued members of their community.
Often, there is a not a one size fits all approach, but with empathy, understanding and tenacity, you will develop bespoke strategies to suit individual learning styles, manage behavioural challenges and create a partnership in which the child or young person will be fully engaged with their learning journey.
