Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with mental health needs? We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated professional to join our multidisciplinary team in Birmingham, delivering personalised, recovery-focused interventions that truly change lives.
About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored occupational therapy interventions
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient independence and wellbeing
- Support service users in achieving their personal goals and developing life skills
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and discharge planning
- Ensure practice is evidence-based and aligned with national guidelines and professional standards
What We’re Looking For:
- BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy or a Diploma in Occupational Therapy (essential)
- HCPC registration (essential)
- Experience working within mental health settings is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
