About The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Environmental Systems Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis until March 2027. In this role, you’ll support the Principal Environmental Compliance Manager in enhancing and delivering our Environmental Management System (EMS), helping us manage environmental risks and improve operational practices.
You Will:

- Review and refresh the EMS to ensure it remains aligned with ISO 14001 and fit for purpose.
- Engage with teams across the business to understand what’s working and what needs improvement.
- Lead the rollout of updated policies and procedures, embedding environmental and sustainability awareness.
- Manage a robust audit programme, ensuring lessons are learned and improvements are implemented.
- Monitor and report on performance against environmental plans and targets.

Role location: Hybrid working (on average 2 days working out of our Mansfield office)
