What skills and experience we're looking for
Thank you for your interest in joining our school. We're proud to have been rated 'Good' by Ofsted and are working to become a national leader in education. At MAP, we are driven by a clear and ambitious core belief: every student who joins us has the potential to get to and through university. While we recognize that this may not be the right path for all of our students, we firmly believe that having this option is a hallmark of a successful, high-quality education—one that enables our students to excel in top careers and live their best lives. We combine academic rigor with a joyful learning experience, ensuring our students gain the knowledge, experiences, and support needed to achieve their dreams.
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor and Sports Coach to work under the guidance of the lead cover supervisor and Head of PE to supervise classes during the absence of teachers and provide lunchtime sports clubs and timetable sport electives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into teaching- we believe in growing people and there will always be an opportunities for talented people to develop their career further. We continually look to invest in our staff and further opportunities for development will be available for those who demonstrate excellent dedication within their role. After a period of rapid improvement we are now firmly one of the best schools in the country, with high expectations and clear routines in place for students and staff alike.
