What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate classroom teacher who iscommitted to helping empower our wonderful children to flourish.
The successful candidate will:
• Be enthusiastic, eager to learn and fully embrace a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking to develop as a practitioner
• Be knowledgeable, creative and have high expectations of children's attainment and behaviour
• Be organised and have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a supportive team
• Be able to meet the needs of all children, including those with additional needs
• Understand the importance of building positive relationships with every child in their class, working in close partnership with families, staff, governors and the wider community.
