We are working with a well-established organisation seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their team and to support the estimators, based in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing sales environment, where you will play a key role in driving business success from within the office.
Duties include:
- Handling inbound sales enquiries and following up on leads
- Generating customer orders, chasing the pipeline and follow up estimates
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Preparing quotations and processing sales orders efficiently
- Supporting the external sales team with admin and sales coordination
- Updating and maintaining records using CRM systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in sales, account management or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- A self-motivated, target-driven attitude and team player mind set
